小猪的减肥食谱

今天上网偶然发现这个食谱,感觉不错。
最近想要减肥,所以决定按照这个食谱执行一个星期。跟大家分享先。
一个月之后,告诉你它可以让你减多少,期待哦...!!! :p

由于有些东西准备期来不方便,可能稍作更改。一个月后见分晓。


早餐:牛奶麦皮一碗(加两茶匙蜜糖)
  午餐:粗麦面包四片拌低脂酱及生菜、青瓜、蕃茄等馅料
  晚餐:头盘:皱皮瓜两薄片或西柚半个;主菜:蒸鱼块八安士;
甜品:士 多 啤梨+乳酪一杯
  备注:每天喝300ml 脱脂鲜奶,加糖饮品不宜饮用。
