小猪的膝盖受伤了。。。好痛哦 。。。
现在走路一瘸一拐的。
不过还好没伤到里面。。

但是要最少一个月才能完全好了。。。
下个星期又要考试。。。

Mid-Autumn Festival celebration in my center


Our center hold a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration this afternoon.

Ate a lot today. Broke my diet plan, but the mooncake really nice.

I like it. There have traditional, snowskin and vegetarian.

地三鲜

配料:
主料:土豆1 个 , 茄子 2 个 , 青椒 1 个, 肉（按各人喜好）

调料:油、酱油、糖、盐、葱花、蒜蓉、生粉、高汤各适量。

做法：
1、茄子和土豆去皮，切成滚刀块; 青椒手掰成小块.
2、锅中到入多一些的油，七成热时，先将土豆块放入，炸成金黄色，略显透明时捞出备用.
3、再将茄子倒入油锅,炸至金黄色，加入青椒块即一起捞起. （蔬菜分别炸一下,青椒炸的时间最短,土豆炸的时间最长,茄子吃的油最多）
4、以少量热油爆香葱花及蒜茸，加肉炒至7分熟，加高汤、生抽、糖、盐、茄子、土豆和青椒块 ,略烧.
5、加入水生粉大火收汁即可.

NTU Archery

I just joined NTU archery club. School team selection on last sat.
Quite Fun !!!
But Quite Painful now...Cos I forgot apply sunblock...
My arms and neck became red color. Now still painful...sobsob.
I will prepare well everything before I go for training on this Sat.:P
